SCOPE OF FREDERIC CANN ARBITRATION PRACTICE

All Oregon Circuit Court Court-Annexed Arbitrations including those with unrepresented parties and those where one (but not more than one) party has a fee waiver.

Ad hoc arbitration of construction, real estate and commercial disputes including those with unrepresented parties

Will follow the patterns of any arbitration service rules and any reasonable contractual agreement

Will serve as stipulated arbitrator in third party administered arbitrations if acceptable to administrator

Will travel for arbitrations, including out of state (travel charges apply)

Will serve as party appointed arbitrator

Will serve as arbitrator on panel of three arbitrators
